From Miami Airport - (11 miles /20-25 min): Follow exit sign for Le Jeune Rd. South (NW 42nd Ave.) & 836 - Dolphin Expressway. Travel on Le Jeune Rd. South for approximately ¾ mile towards 836 - Dolphin Expressway. Turn right (immediately after going under second overpass) onto access ramp for 836 -Dolphin Expressway East. Drive on Dolphin Expressway until the toll plaza. After the toll plaza follow overhead sign for I-395 East/Miami Beach. I-395 East becomes the Mac Arthur Causeway East at Biscayne Bay. Mac Arthur Causeway will bring you across the bay to the final causeway bridge (Marina is visible to the right). Mac Arthur Causeway East becomes 5th Street when you reach Alton Road (after the final Biscayne Bay Bridge). Continue East on 5th Street Seven Blocks to the intersection of 5th Street and Collins Avenue. Turn left (north) onto Collins Avenue (you are now driving thru part of the Art Deco Historic District). From Ft. Lauderdale Airport - (29 Miles/40-45 Minutes): Exit the airport and follow overhead signs to I-95 South/Miami. Take I-95 South for 20 miles to exit 2D (Left Exit toward Miami Beach).
