| Penthouse:The Hotel Vintage Court's only suite is the Opus One Suite on the top floor measuring 496 sq.ft.It has one bedroom, a large bathroom and living room with a wood burning, corner fireplace. The large bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a spacious closet with terry bath robes and a built in dressing counter, am/fm alarm clock radio and recessed remote control color TV. The bathroom features a large whirlpool spa tub and pedestal sink in a luxurious tile and brass environment. The living room is overlooked by large ceiling skylights and is furnished with oversized sofa and chair, coffee table and armoire with color TV and cassette player. A city view through the corner windows look toward the south and east skyline. This suite accommodation is best suited for a couple, as the sofa is not a "sleeper sofa". A rollaway bed can be placed in the living room.
Deluxe King: The Deluxe King has a working desk, two rattan chairs and an honor bar with refrigerator. The walls have a subtle beige stripe design. Matching drapes with sheers have a colorful floral look. Bedspreads and dust ruffles set the room off with a finished, comfortable style. The light tone carpet has a crossing vine pattern completing the vineyard theme decor, maintaining the bright, cheerful appeal of the whole room. The room is appointed with remote control cable TV, touch tone phone with voice mail service and modem hookup (single line service), iron and ironing board, hair dryer and Neutrogena amenities. Air conditioning is available in some rooms and may be requested. All rooms have steam heat radiators and range in size from 180 square. feet. to 240 square. feet.
Deluxe Queen The Deluxe Queen rooms are larger than the average Union Square area hotel rooms. Ranging in size from 154 sq.ft. to 187 sq. ft.
