I like to travel cheap and pocket the per-diem. The hotel is adequate and in a good part of town. You guys don't raise your prices now, OK? :-) Good value for the money. Previous guests had left some trash that escaped the housekeeper.

Can be improved by changing furniture to provide more space.

As I travel with children,it would be better if there is a tea n coffee maker in the room.

As above What I needed and expected at this price. Cleaned every day and toilet/shower room perfect

The bedding,towels,toilet and bathroom were very clean but the decor of the hotel generally is in need of cleaning,painting and refurbishment.

Really run down - must be over 30 years since last painting. No dusting of fire sprinkler pipes, corners, window screens for decades. Lots of street noise - dumpsters emptied in wee hours of the morning.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen and didn't stay there and never would. It looked like a slum!

You get what you pay for. We stayed for a week at 60 dollars a night in the heart of Union Square. Make sure you get a room away from the street--as it gets very noisy. Its basic, cheap and clean--great bargain for those who don't care about home comforts.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The furniture was dirty and falling apart.

Same as above - I was very pleased with the value of this hotel. The location was excellent,and the staff most pleasant and accommodating. I thought that - for the price - the room was excellent. The amenities were not what you would get at an expensive hotel, but I wouldn't expect that. I was very pleased!

The room was clean and just right for the price. The carpet though could use additinal cleaning. Other than that, its worth it.

It was a shame that we could not use our roomserver discount coupon!

Room was quite small but clean enough. There was no mini fridge but this was not a surprise as mini fridges in rooms seemed to be non existent in US hotels
