Best Western Tuscan Inn at Fisherman's Wharf enhanced my stay in San Francisco. The location was great, and the hotel staff was super. Although the room was small, it was very comfortable and we had enough room. After all, who spends a lot of time in a hotel room while visiting such a wonderful city? The beds and pillows were exceedingly comfortable. While we were there, it was very quiet - - no outside noise or noise from the hall. I'd say that the Tuscan Inn was a good value and would definitely stay there again.

The conceirge is not oriented to service, at times was a little nasty when giving some address. Recommend to re-train him to be service oriented.
