Thompson LES is a luxury hotel located in one of Manhattan's creative focal points, the Lower East Side. The Thompson LES is the most recent addition to design as collaboration between Jim Walrod and Ed Rawlings, and initial room concept by Dodd Mitchell Design.
The Thompson LES embodies the ultimate clean, industrial New York City with timeless modern style. Private pool/guests-only outdoor bar/restaurant and lounges open Fall 2008. All rooms at the Thompson LES have been designed with an industrial loft-like feel and feature bed with 400 thread count custom SFERRA linens.
The Thompson LES's bathrooms feature oversized terry robes and amenities by Fresh. The hotel's room entertainment options include flat screen TVs with movies on demand and i-Pod docking stations. Each room also offers complimentary WiFi and mini bar stocked with Dean and Deluca and Eli Zabar gourmet snacks.
