Turn left onto Airport Exit, which becomes Airport Boulevard East. Take the SR-528 Toll East ramp toward Cocoa/Kennedy Center. Merge onto the Bee Line / FL-526 East (this is a toll road). Merge onto I-95 North and follow to Exit #256 (SR-421). Merge on SR-421 toward Port Orange/Daytona Beach Shores and follow to Atlantic Avenue (SR-A1A). From Jacksonville International Airport
From parking exit, turn right onto Dixie Clipper Road/Dixie Clipper Drive which becomes FL-102 East. Merge onto I-95 South toward Jacksonville. Take Exit #256 (SR-421) toward Port Orange.
