From I-95 (heading North):Take 95 North to 395 North towards Washington, DC. Cross the 14th Street Bridge and stay in the left lane towards Route 1. Go about 2 miles down 14th Street and make a left onto P Street. Make a right onto 16th Street. Windsor Inn Washington is on the left at 16th & T Sts.

From the Baltimore-Washington Parkway/295 (Maryland going South): Take the Parkway to New York Avenue. After you pass 7th Street., New York Avenue. becomes Massachusetts Avenue. At Scott Circle turn right onto 16th Street. going north. Windsor Inn Washington is 8 blocks north on the left.

From I-66 (heading East from Virginia): Take Roosevelt Bridge onto Constitution Ave. Make a left on 18th Street and travel about 2 miles. Make a right on Q Street and a left onto 16th Street. Windsor Inn Washington is at 16th & T Sts. on the left.

From Route 1 (heading North): Cross the 14th Street Bridge and stay in the far two left lanes that are Route 1 North. After crossing the bridge, go about 2 miles and make a left onto P Street Make a right onto 16th Street and drive two blocks north. Windsor Inn Washington is on the left between R and S Streets.
