The hotel look in natural (on photos) much better as in the real life.
the lobby is a cold, dark and small room. The restaurant is a joke and nothing is really clean.
service??? nothing seen. . .
the wall plugs (for energy)
... are not useable, microwave out of order, freezer big and dirty. Dishwasher also dirty for the guest before.
the roommaid we had was very shady. Anywhere was ist really dirty and also after some complains nothing changed. We saw some rooms but always the same picture, dirt and dust. 4 stars??? never. . .
this hotel is far from 4 stars and from the service and value for money more likely as a 2 star hotel.
i would not stay anymore there. For this money you will find many better hotels even cheaper. . . .
