Sunterra Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort Hotel is located on the corner of Highway 50 and Ski Run Blvd at the Ski Run Marina. The resort hotel has an alpine ski chalet architecture. Each unit can be rented as a two bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen or separated into a one bedrom suite-one king bed with kitchen and full bath and a deluxe hotel unit-2 full beds wtih a full bath and mini kitchen.

Each bedroom has a television with remote control. The living area in the master suites has a sofa sleeper / larege television with remote control and VCP / fireplace and balcony. The master baths have jet tubs and vanity.
