The room was alwys kept clean by the chamber maid. The staff were very obliging

The beds were very lumpy and old, my wife and myself woke up with stiff backs. We made our kids wear socks all the time because the carpet looked and smelled dirty.

Almost every staff member went out of their way, particularly Bellman Rafael. 2nd stay, and I'd stay there again. However, heated pool was pretty cool and hot tub was just warm - and hot tub was just a little too shallow to be good. Bed was much too firm, no give whatsoever, I ended up with an aching back. Perhaps rental of refrigerator/microwave could be made available for non-executive rooms?
