Recommendation: By Mrs.MaryLou Schmidt Canada The very best part of this hotel is price for location. two blocks to times square and about 5 easy blocks to central park - excellent for walking and to access subway and tour buses.
the concierge was most helpful on our first visit to nyc in ... booking tour buses and giving subway directions to yankee stadium. the bellhops were superb in giving easy to follow driving directions for the quickest way to exit the city to the northwest.
the rooms were clean and menu-ordered breakfast items were good and reasonable.
having parking at the hotel and at a very reasonable price is a great bonus, too. (we were a bit rushed to unload everything upon arrival but managed to only leave a few incidentals behind - no access to vehicle until departure. )
the only complaint came from our sons whose tv was broken, and despite numerous requests for help and promises of a replacement, was never fixed.
we will definitely stay here again.
