It is rare that I will take the time to comment on a hotel inquiry such as this. However, my wife and I commented to each other what a pleasant stay we had. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the wait staff was always cheerful and helpful as was the concierge and front desk. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Galleria Shopping complex and were pleased it really was within walking distance. We are avid users of a fitness center and yours was very nice. All of the equipment worked which is rare. I did not have an Ipod or equivalent to tune into the FM signal for TV sound which was a downside. Probably the only other thing I would have wished for were a minibar in the room. Occasionally after a long day and a shower it would have been nice to have a drink available in the room.
