I spent one night at the hotel along with my aunt, a 90 year old and was extremely disappointed that your elevaors did not work and only one vending machine work was working. The front desk was not able to provide change but the clerk did assist me in getting change from one of the guests.

I have stayed at Red Roof Inns for the past 15 years and always enjoyed my stay. That was the reason I chose Red Roof, but was not pleased with my first stay at your Miami Airport location.

I will give it another go and hope to have a better experience the next time.
