We found the staff helpful and courteous.The location was central to the services we required eg. Restaurants, access to the areas strip shopping and the JFK Space Centre /Cape Canaveral and Disney's Epcot Centre.Our 11th floor rooms view was East across the lake towards the Wet & Wild park and the twinkling reflected lights at night on the lake gave us a real feeling of being on holidays.Sunrise was a sight to behold with the fiery red ball rising above the skyline bathing our room with it's rosy glow .Breakfast was comprehensive and the service helpful.We enjoyed our stay here and next time we intend to stay for longer.
