Despite many discouraging reviews I decided to try the hotel myself, as it offered a very convenient price and interesting facilities for what I really wanted: just a good place to sleep in, being in Denver for a Convention.
It was a VERY good experience I´d recommend to anybody: clean room and friendly atmosphere, and even when the hotel is located some 15 blocks away from downtown, the free shuttle service every hour helps a lot --though they turn up wherever you want but later...
As to the staff, everybody willing to be of help, save for a grumpy lady called Gwen, who breaks the rule... Avoid her if you can, all the rest are very nice people!
