We could not be happier with our stay. The staff went beyound to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfeast was just what we needed and opened up early which realloy helped us. We received soo much help from the staff and all with smiles. When we come down to the area, this will be the place we stay.

Our room was ready for us despite our early arrival from Australia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to the Crystal cathedral which we visit. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately additional pillows weren't available. Internet was available in the foyer but a little expensive and tricky to use. The continental buffet breakfast was adequate and included in the tariff and was suitable for families.

The hotel-utilised taxi service was much quicker than we had experienced from yellow taixs called by other hotels on previous occasions. (In general the availability of taxis in the Anaheim area is poor).

Disneyland was within walking distance, but not near the Maingate as the hotel's name would suggest. There are several reasonably priced eating places within a block of the hotel. The public bus services past the hotel were frequent and reasonably cheap.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and will continue to use it.
