-Service only a fair rating because of very, very slow room service the night we arrived. So slow we considered cancelling the order to go to sleep.

Your doorman/ bellhop is a gem! Once he learned that we were looking for a NY Times in the morning, he had one waiting for us on Day 2. He had recommendations about transport, airport shuttle schedules from the hotel, and was generally a charming host, for the city of Seattle as well as the hotel. Very comfortable
