The staff/owners were very helpful and very welcoming. The room was decorated in a contemporary manner and very stylish. The turndown service with the nightly chocolates was a great touch. The location is very convenient to the Heavenly village, Casinos, or the private beach that you get free passes for. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go back.

The hotel made great efforts to make our stay pleasant. We appreciated the efforts to update the decore as well.

However there were a few things we thought needed improvement. The carpets had an unpleasant odor. The heater vent in the bathroom was located such that the hot air vented out through the top, leading to overheating our faces while brushing our teeth or using the sink in any way. Spare blankets were not provided. One of the heaters in one of the rooms we had, stopped heating in the middle of the night. The chocolates provided during the turn down service where old.
