The hotel is being renovated at the moment and the room we were in was in desperate need of renovation. It was clean, always had hot water and was bug free, unlike some other hotel reviews I had read. We had booked a suite and although it was small I was delighted with the 2 bathrooms and 2 wardrobes. I was however disappointed as the hotel website suggested that there was a bar and an Italian restaurant, but these were closed during our visit due to refurbishment. The staff were very courteous at all times and the lady in the ticket booth was extremely helpful. The food in the Tick Tock diner was excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would return to this hotel but only after it is refurbished.
