On our arrival at the hotel, the man on the front desk was very unwelcoming and short with us to the point of being rude. A smile, a 'Welcome to our hotel' and a 'please let us know if we can help in any way' would improve the customer experience dramatically.

we did have our rental car broken into in the hotel garage car park luckerly we had not left anything in the vehicle this was proberbly because the room was being refurbished
