What a great night's sleep! I have not stayed in expensive hotels or many hotels for that matter, but of the 20 or so I have stayed in different cities, this has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was very plush and something I would expect to only get in a ritzy hotel. My colleagues were jealous because they were staying across the street at the hotel where our convention was and said their beds were terrible! I had a very beautiful balcony lakeside view. As for the lower than excellent ratings, I did not have enough experience with the facilities, ambience, etc... but I can say the hotel staff checking in/out was very good.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
