When my wife and I arrived at Hotel 71 in late morning, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist Jose who gave us an excellent corner room with beautiful city and river views on the 37th floor. The room was very big and the bed most comfortable. We stayed for only one night but would definitely go back to the same hotel should we visit Chicago again.
