Carpeting on 6th floor coming up, some damage to elevator entrance wall The heating,cooling system was/is very noisy affecting sleep significantly

This appears to be used as a residential hotel. Very homey and comfortable. Clean, a gorgeous view out the window, not too noisy from the highway. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the place was kept very clean. Food did not match the quality of the accomodations (except for the fresh muffins) We were delighted with the room and the hotel. Amenities were nice but not luxe.
