Weekend getaway

We speciffically chose the hotel because a couple years ago I stayed there while on business and liked the pool and fitness area. My wife, toddler son, and I got away for a weekend to relax and swim at the indoor pool since it was unseasonably cool. After checkin, we had to be moved to a different room because of the toilet not working. After getting relocated, we went to enjoy the pool, just to find out that the pool and spa and fitness room were all closed for remodel. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO US UPON CHECKIN IF NOT WHEN I CALLED IN THE RESERVATION!
