Impossible to enjoy and deeply sorry

Sorry, I couldn´t enjoyed the night of the 4th of december, because of the closure of the spanish airspace. Finally we couldn´t go to USA. I always appreciate your kindness, but it was impossible for anybody to travel on these days. Punctually I informed your premises of the situation, eventhough Iwas charge for the room.
