We were in Louisville for the concert at Freedom Hall on the last night of the State Fair. We were very impressed by the friendly staff. Our room was more than what we expected. It was a very comfortable place to come back to after a 3 1/2 hour concert. As I was leaving; I was at the ATM machine in the lobby and noticed the carpet was saturated in water. I let the staff know and they were quick to take care of the situation as well as thank me for letting them know, not only while I was inside the lobby but also came outside and thanked me again as I was standing under the canopy waiting on my ride to pull up.

This is our favorite place to stay while in Louisville! Great job!
