The hotel provides value for money - even though some of my ratings are not higher than 3, I would not expect any more for the rate paid either. The room I was in faces the street which does not allow travellers to keep the window open because of the noise -- apart from this I would recommend staying there.

Seems to be in upgrade mode, refurbishing rooms in progress. room had been newly painted, small but adequate. Clean, although lesson in bedmaking as opposed to pulling it up wouldn't go astray. Good position. Pleasant stay. Would return.

Greatlocation, kind people, clean, and not noisy. I found the Grant hotel an excellent value for money. I would return without hesitation The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The paint is perhaps old in places, but one forgets very quickly about it.

Noticed there was no fridge. Otherwise it was adequate.I thought it was quite expensive for what I got,(size of room) but I don't have a lot of experience of hotels across USA

last january we had a much better room/experience at the same hotel, so this august we were disapointed soap dispenser fell off and hurt my foot
