Howard Johnson Express small but nice staff

Suitable for: Leisure

The staff were friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour.Our room was very small but that was ok because we were out exploring and only used the room to sleep.
The hotel location was great.The lower eastside is fab.
The staff let us keep our luggage in our room after we had checked out as we had a few hours to kill before our flight back to Australia.
The only unsavoury event was the fact that because the walls were so thin we were woken up at 3 in the morning by a couple in the next room presumably having sex.
Their bed head board was directly lined up with ours so we were smashed in the head with our bed head board.It wasn't very pleasant.It's funny now but at the time I felt sick.
I would return to the hotel in the future as it was relatively inexpensive and in a good location.
