Jay on reception was extremely helpful. Location was excellent - 10 min walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Room & bathroom were perfect!

Excellent help and service from the receptionist, Rita. This was much appreciated. Also from the other receptionist. Very clean and well maintained. Good temperature control.

inner drapery was torn, my 7 yr. old spilled a little cocoa on the counter and was yelled at, bedspread and drapes needed replacing.
