The hotel staff was extremely cordial. We had a super room with a wonderful view of Coit Tower and the Bay. I am a clean freak, so I was very happy with the overall cleanliness of this hotel.

The Business Center was not adequate. There was only one computer, and it didn't even have Microsoft Word. Additionally, it was $5 per 1/2 hour to use the Business Center. There were two large stains on my carpet that really stood out.
