The hotel staff were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was fine. It was spotlessly clean, had everything I wanted and needed.

The ambience was terrible the hotel is dark and dingy. The location of the hotel was the only benefit. The room had no air conditioning. It was also a very tiny room and we did ask to be moved. I was informed that the hotel didn't have air conditioning and they did move me to a room which had a large bathroom but the room size itself was the same.
