The staff were all very courteous and went out of their way to help me 'with a smile'! My room was large and very comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they include in the fridge, normal cartons of milk instead of the powder sachet type. After a long flight, or long days in the seminars, the last thing you want to do is go all the way down to the bar to ask for some milk which they pour into a plastic cup! However it meant in the mornings I would therefore head to Starbucks which is located on ground level, which was wonderful. Overall absolutely fantastic service and ambience. PS Great bar service in the Happy Hour lobby area by Ray aka "Just Jack" - he'll know what I mean. A big thank you from the Australian & Canadian girls!
