The hotel was in a great location for our purposes with many good food opportunities around. The staff was helpful, especially in maps and directions. The only complaint I have is the computer that was available to check emails would not allow me to read them even though my email user address was on a secure site with a secure password into them. Supposedly they have to put so many locks on it to prevent kids' abuse ... but this computer was in the lobby in full site of anyone. Very inconvenient. I suggested that each room should their own sign-in to the computer to cut down on abuse, but that suggestion would have to go to corporate level and apparently will be ignored.
