The hotel is in a good location, in particular walking distance from Rodeo drive and other important roads. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room service is also very good except I have felt it a bit expensive. The restaurant and the bar are very good and the food served is delicious. I am surprised that the public telephones in the hotel have functioned very well.

The location is great. The facilities are fine. The staff is first class. My gripes have to do with my use of the hotel. The gym equipment needs maintenance. The internet service (at least in my room) is a disaster. The first day it was slow. After that, it did not function at all. My reason to have a drink in the bar is gone. No more popcorn.
