The staff was pleasant although were not at the desk, in the back room.
the carpet in the hall and the room is stained and dark, towels rough
loud people all night long, upstairs, in the hall
i was told in the am that security should
... have been notified but i really did not want to be the "teller", security should be making rounds to see and hear themselves
i did not use the kitchen, no coffee or teas, that would have been nice
