Suitable for: Leisure

First floor studio to the side is dark and noisy. Carpet and furniture is old. The oven in the kitchen was defect. For a short trip ok because of great location. Ocean Drive, the beach and Lincoln Street Mall in walking distance. Expensive but for Miami Beach it should be ok.
