THE BEDS WERE CHEAP AND VERY HARD. MY NECK AND BACK HAS BEEN OUT EVER SINCE MY STAY AT COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT. THERE WAS ALSO ONLY ONE SMALL GARBAGE CAN IN THE ROOM. ROOM IS OVER PRICED FOR THE SIZE AND THE COMFORT OF THE ROOM.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for our needs...minutes from the airport and the university. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We arrived in Louisville 10 hours later than our originally scheduled flight time, found that the rental car company at the airport was closed for the night, called the hotel shuttle which arrived promptly to pick us up. The shuttle driver was very accommodating and took us to the convenient store to pick up a couple of items prior to dropping us off at the hotel. Also, our luggage did not arrive until late the next day and we were given complimentary toiletries by the hotel staff.

The food (breakfast) selection was very good, lots of variety and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff was helpful and prompt. I have stayed at this hotel on one previous occasion and was again very happy with the service. Thank you!
