I was impressed by the location, the staff and the quietness of the room. However, I can't recommend the rooms to any of my friends and business colleagues because of the very low standard of cleanliness. - there were hairs in the bath when I arrived - the rug was disgusting - dirty and smelly - and should be burnt - the sofa was horrible - very smelly and needs a GOOD clean - there was dust everywhere - I didn't trust the kitchen utensils and washed everything before using it for the first time - I bought clothes, sponges and cleaner in order to clean the place myself. Your cleaners need to be properly trained and supervised. It would be better if they spent a lot more time actually cleaning instead of just changing towels and making the bed. Also, you BADLY need to replace most of the furniture. Particularly the dirty and smelly ones. If you did these things then I could bring in a lot of business as I have a lot of contacts.
