The sheets were dirty (not changed). When I asked for a change they ask me to do that beacause at that time there was no room service. The worst experience you can find on a travel.

My stay at the Riande Continental Hotel was very pleasant and I would have stayed a few days longer, had I known it would be so enjoyable. I was planning to return soon; however, the airlines have increased the airfare so much for the holiday season that it is impossible for me to even consider returning. I am a senior citizen living on a pension; therefore, I cannot afford to pay those exorbitant airfares. In spite of the economic crisis facing the nation, I think tourism in Miami - and in general - would be increased if the airlines stopped exploiting travellers at various times of the year. The Hotel was very quiet at all times, which made it more enjoyable. The only recommendation I would make to management is: turn down considerably the air-conditioning in the evening and morning hours. It was much too cold for me and other guests and it would cut down on fuel expenses for the Hotel.
