The Comfort Inn proved comfortable for our family of four. It is a small hotel well located near the Empire State Bldg and shopping in the retail district. You will need to walk 15min to the subway to visit the WTC or go up Times Sq (the latter is a $10 cab ride away). Expect an "efficient" place to sleep and take respite from Manhattan's rush, but not a modern resort or facility rich experience. Our room rate included a convenient continental breakfast. Staff are reasonably friendly and good at getting you in and out of the hotel but I'm not sure able to do much else. I would recommend this hotel for a family trying to keep to a budget and not expecting a 4 or 5 star experience.
