Colony Hotel is in ideal location for exploring Miami South Beach, however on arrival at the hotel we were given a room on the third floor which was unacceptable in that it felt and smelt damp. The room was in need of decoration and ensuite was extremely small. This was not good value for money. We complained and the staff were helpful and moved us to a room on the first floor which was a great improvement.
