An extra fee for parking should not have been included. Our bathroom floor was not clean. There was hair on the floor and there was an apple sticker on the vanity mirror.

I have stayed at this facility now for two years in a row. Three years ago, I stayed at the Ramada Inn and found it to be not so desirable and saw your hotel right behind it and gave it a try. I will always be a faithfull guest of your facility from now on. The only problem that I encountered during my stay was that all of the ice machines were empty due to the festivities that weekend but I guess that is probably a given. Housekeeping personnel were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The people at the front desk were very pleasant too and personable.

When we arrived there was only one room for us. We had to haggle to get our other room.
