The hotel architecture provides an open, bright atmosphere, very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very courteous and helpful when asked for directions either around campus or St Louis. The fact that it is situated right on Wash U campus provides the perfect academic setting for professional meetings or like me to spend a weekend visiting my son who attends WashU. Remember to ask for student or parent discounts at check-in since if you go through the web site that is not quite clear but the staff are open and ready to help you.
My stay was fun, I got to exercise in the fitness room and enjoyed the EMBA Club atmosphere and the, always there complimentary snacks, drinks and breakfast. I slept soundly and without disturbances in a very comfortable room with a great view of the campus.
