Apart from the dimness of the room we enjoyed aour stay at the hotel. And found the staff very friendly and helpful. The only criticism we have,was that the room was very poorly lit.

Mildly annoyed that maid removed open bottle of shampoo and bars of soap every day. Felt it was wasteful to dispose of slightly used product. Need to upgrade your toilet paper - a little too industrial.

Thank you for the good reception and service! And it was nice to get information on the sights etc. right on the arrival. Would have appreciated a washing sink in the bathroom.

staff on the reception gave us such personell attention and were so helpfull with organising trips ,transport and recommending eating places.the hotel was in a convenient location for all the attractions and transport(cable cars and buses )and above all it was in a safe location.we would definatley stay here again. nice little extras such as a fridge and microwave.clean and comfortable room compensated for the poor view from the room.housekeeping was excellent.
