On the positive side: the staff were all very pleasant and helpful; the room was clean and the bed comfortable; and - if you need quick or frequent access to the Javitz Convention center - the location couldn't be better (1/2 block).

On the negative side: other than an average continental breakfast, the hotel has no amenities - no exercise room, no pool, no restaurant, no shuttle - while there are plenty of places in the same general area that do have extras, and for the same or better price; the rooms were very small, but we spent no extra time in ours, so that really didn't matter; and for anything but the Javitz, it isn't exactly conveniently located.

If you are attending a function at the Javitz and aren't looking for extras, I would say to stay here without hesitation, but if you are looking for more than just a comfortable-but-cramped room...I suggest that you keep looking.
