Very Poor Service by Hotel Staff

Suitable for: Families

The general service of the hotel reception staff was very poor, very unhelpful, with negative attitude. When asking for help the answer is often 'I do not know'.
Very inconvenient especially going to Disneyland/other tourist location.
Breakfast was good. Taxi to Anaheim Disney cost about $45 per trip. If by bus have to change 2 bus. Bus schedule uncertain.
