We were in your hotel before a cruise and returned to stay after the cruise. The staff at the hotel was more than helpful. We were there on thanksgiving day. We had about twenty family members with us. We could not find a resturant open. With the help of your front desk staff, they found a resturant that would deliver. Not only the help, it was given with great smiles and a willingness to make sure we were taken care of. We had a late arrival from my son who was in training in Texas with the Air Force. The shuttle driver was more than helpful making sure he met him on time to see his wife and son he had not seen in two months. Not only did he pick him up, he complimented my son on his family. He does a great job and needs recognition for his work as does the all the staff at your hotel. Thank you for making our family reunion a very memerable one.

The entire hotel looked in need of remodeling, the walls looked dingy, there was carpet pulled up and just sitting in a roll in the pool area. The only nice amenity worth commenting on was the continental breakfast, which was fairly decent. Even tho we booked a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room and when I asked to be moved, the staff member told me since we hadn't reserved very long ago (even tho almost 2 weeks), these rooms were the only available and there were no others to move to. The smoke smell was very strong, and in fact, when out to dinner, I could smell smoke on my clothes.
