Location not too bad - bit of a walk to the cable car.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room OK, the location very central but the area was a bit too tough in the evening, and the surrounding rather rough

The location of the hotel was good (A 10- minute walk to Union Square). One negative thing was that the hotel was quite close to the motorway and it could be quite noisy during the evenings. But you got used to it after a while. Good value for money! Make sure to bring the confirmation slip from Holiday city. We had to pay a couple of dollars more per night than it said on the confirmation. No big deal, but it's good to be prepared. We can highly recommend this hotel. The room was a lot bigger and cleaner than we thought it would be (they changed sheets every day!).

The Inn is a fairly basic motel set at right angles to a busy slightly scruffy road: hence low score for facilities and ambience . But it is only ten minutes walk from the city centre, the Latino staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room itself was quiet. I would strongly recommend the Inn to budget-conscious travellers. Perfectly adequate for my needs.
