We were not told where the free tea and coffee was. We had to find it for ourselves. Aslo, the internet was too expensive.

Budget accomodation - you get what you pay for. Some staff helpful, others ignored you if possible. Dirty carpet, bloodstained (washed) sheet, room smelt fusty, no air con, no coffee/tea or hair dryer in room (both available in reception)

The hotel is in an excellent location. Facilities are basic but adequate. Reception service was consistently friendly and helpful. The room was very adequate for my needs, and good value for the price, given the central location. However, it tended to have a musty smell, and the carpet was worn. A room at the back of the hotel would have been quieter, but after 10pm there was little noise from the street. There was no airconditioning, so windows had to be opened for ventilation.
