The hotel is located adjacent to the entrance of San Francisco Chinatown.The hotel is steps from Union Square, the cable cars, and the financial district.It is within walking distance to the Moscone Convention Centre and SFMOMA.

The average room size is 140 sq.ft. There is one bed room with one full size bed and also two bedroom with two full sized beds. Both room types feature full private bath (some rooms have elegant claw foot tubs),work-desk, direct dial phone with data port and remote color TV with free movie channels.

The rooms come with private full baths, featuring claw-foot tubs available in some rooms.

From SFO(South):Take US-101 north & follow signs onto I-80 East. Take the fourth street exit & turn left on Bryant street. Turn left on 3rd street and cross Market street onto Kearny st. Go 3 blks on Kearny & turn left on Sutter street.Turn right on Grant avemue and the hotel is on the left. From East:Cross the Bay bridge and take Fremont street exit. Go 3 blks and cross Market street onto Front street. Go one blk on front and turn left on Pine street.Go uphill on Pine and turn left on Stockton street. Turn left on Bush street and right on Grant avenue. The hotel is on the right side. From North:Take US-101 south & cross Golden Gate bridge. Continue onto Lombard street and then turn right on Van Ness avenue and stay on the left lane. Turn left on Bush street and turn right on Grant avenue and the hotel is on the right side.
